Includes: Two springs for double door ( 2 car garage). Standard spring replacement. (Extra charges may apply)

Includes: Tune up plus bottom seal and roller replacement , 25 point inspection, lubrication and all minor adjustments to door and opener. One tune up per door. Some doors may require bottom seal retainer at additional cost.
